COUCH OR CUBE TO 5K enjoys its first workout on Saturday, September 8. If you are a WANNA-BE, a USED-To-Be or a CURRENT-LEE RUNNER or JOGGER – with a wish to be OFF the COUCH or OUT of the CUBBY with fun and interesting people, then this group is for you. Our group will meet weekly, for group walk/jog/runs as we follow a 9-week Couch or Cube to 5K training regimen, beginning with a group INFORMATIONAL (no workout) MEETING on Thursday, Sept 6th..We will launch our weekly workouts(walk-jogs) on Saturday, Sept 8th.
Regardless of your current fitness level, if you are healthy enough to walk, we can help you gain ground; set milestones and complete a 5K in NOVEMBER. Are you up to the challenge? Are you willing to link arms to encourage and BE ENCOURAGED to meet this challenge? Then JOIN US. We think you will be glad you did.
