Essential Truths: Facilitator Training Course

Oct 18-Nov 15, 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Leader: Pastor Dirk (drodgers@bethanychurch.com)

At Bethany Church, we are all called to become and to make disciples of Jesus, Be One | Make One. But how do we start the mission? To answer this question, we are introducing a concrete first step, called Essential Truths. Through videos, discussion guides and other materials, we cover five fundamental truths that form a foundation for further spiritual development. This training course is for anyone who mentors or leads others in their journey of spiritual development. We will introduce the Essential Truths material and explain the best ways to leverage meaningful conversations. We encourage all Bethany Leaders, teachers and mentors to make time for this important orientation. We look forward to seeing you at training!

Kids Programs

Babies through Age 3: Infants and Toddlers receive loving care combined with Bible stories and
creative play.

Pre-school thru Kindergarten: ‘God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend
forever’. This is what we want every child to really ‘get’ and is taught through Bible stories, songs and creative activities.

Grades 1-4: ‘Love Out Loud’ continues during our spring midweek program. We’ll explore the ‘life app’ of Perseverance in April, as we look at ways to bless kids going through cancer treatment. We’ll also dig deep into Worship as we learn more about our amazing God.

Grades 5-6: Merge will parallel grades 1-4, but in their own room and at their own level.

Youth Group  Grades 7 -12

Leaders:  Sam Larrabee (Greenland Campus), Ali Bousquin (Raymond Campus)
