-Recruit, support, schedule, mentor and train Greenland Hospitality Team Ministry Partners.
-Collaborate with Connect team and Connect Director to create a welcoming environment where guests and congregants are supported in their faith journey.
-Utilize and maintain Church Management software and established SOPs to support guests and congregants.
-Collaborate with Connect team to plan and implement campus connecting events and celebrations.
-Oversee and approve all building use and events associated with the Greenland campus.
-Support ministry leaders, staff and community with event supply needs.
-Oversee and maintain data integrity of the church calendar, events, digital forms, and groups in our Church Management software.
