Part-Time (10 hours/week) Staff Hire

-Schedule production team members, ensuring all services and events have the necessary tech support.

-Oversee the technical execution of worship services, establishing seamless audio, video, lighting, and media production.

-Review weekly production videos from the Creative Director to assess service flow, technical transitions, and assets.

-Collaborate with the Production Director to align production with the worship experience.

-Utilize Planning Center software to streamline volunteer rotations and ensure team readiness.

-Recruit, train, and mentor tech ministry partners.

-Foster a culture of excellence, problem-solving, and teamwork within the production ministry.

-Maintain production equipment, guaranteeing functionality, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.

-Participate in campus meetings and functions to stay aligned with overall church initiatives and campus-specific needs.

-Reports to the Creative Director to address technical needs and upgrade requests.
