2 Years to Kindergarten
Check out our Parent Cues – Preschool for the current month, listed under ‘Forms & Docs’ on the right side of this page. Our preschool curriculum, First Look, is awesome! Our goal is to help every child know — really know — that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever. This is accomplished through a wonderful mix of fun games and activities in classroom small groups and through large group worship and Bible stories. Kids are actively involved in worship and learn a Bible verse every month.
1st to 4th Grade
Check out our Parent Cues – Elementary for the current month, listed under ‘Forms & Docs’ on the right side of this page. Using our curriculum, 252 Basics, kids are challenged to trust God, make wise choices, and build lasting friendships. They engage in both small group and large group gatherings. Worship and teaching occur in the large group setting, while activities and personal engagement occur during small group times. Check out our GodTime devotions for each week, under ‘Forms & Docs’ on the right side of this page. Parents… be sure to check this out – www.theparentcue.org You’ll find:

And there’s more! There is also access to another website that provides parents and kids with lots of fantastic info, videos, fun games and music: www.studio252.tv. In order to access all of this wonderful information you will need Bethany Church’s pass code. Please email Jan Dietrich at JDietrich@BethanyChurch.com or stop by the Kids’ Ministries Information Center (the Boat, downstairs) on Sunday morning to receive the access code.
5th & 6th Grades
Using 252 Basics curriculum, the format is similar to grades 1-4 but adapted to be age appropriate for fifth- and sixth-graders. Encouraging friendships is also a large focus with this age group. If kids don’t have a friend at church, the likelihood of them continuing to attend as they move to the upper grades greatly diminishes.
